Scientists develop projects that are varied and involve very different bodies like TNO or giant planets. To cite a few examples of projects, the Institute of Astrophysics of Andalusia and the University of Huelva have equipment at their facilities for the study of flashing impacts on the Moon and for the simultaneous analysis of meteor measures on the ground, with special instrumentation it is included within the Spanish network detection fireballs and meteorites.

Another example is the study of trans-Neptunian objects by predicting and observing stellar occultation, a project developed into an intense international collaboration with groups around the world, especially with groups of the Paris Observatory and the Observatory of Rio de Janeiro.
